MANAGER OF A SMALL PILATES STUDIO

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Manager of our small Pilates studio in Jeddah. As the Manager, you will be responsible for leading a small team of 3-4 full-time instructors and a few part-time instructors. You will take full ownership of the studio and ensure its smooth operation.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead and manage a team of instructors, providing guidance, support, and feedback.

  • Develop and implement studio policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.

  • Schedule and coordinate classes, workshops, and events, ensuring optimal utilisation of studio space and instructor availability.

  • Handle instructor scheduling, vacations, and substitutions to maintain a consistent class schedule.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

  • Manage financial aspects of the studio, including budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.

  • Maintain and update the studio's website, social media platforms, and other marketing channels to attract new clients and promote studio offerings.

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of instructors and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.

  • Ensure the studio is clean, organised, and well-maintained at all times.

  • Personally teach a minimum of 6 classes per week to maintain a strong presence and connection with clients.

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar managerial role within the fitness industry.

  • Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

  • A fitness background with a deep understanding of Pilates principles and techniques.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.

  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, staff, and stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in using relevant software and technology for scheduling, billing, and marketing purposes.

  • Fluency in English is required.

  • Basic salary ranging from 12,000 SAR to 15,000 SAR per month.
