Our client is seeking a superstar personal trainer to join our very exclusive, social and wellness club in Saudi Arabia. Our clients are the top 1% of the 1% in Saudi Arabia, including high-net-worth individuals and royalties. You will be joining a fantastic team of elite, international trainers and coaches with an array of backgrounds and experience to deliver client-specific, health and fitness programming and help in achieving our members’ goals and desired outcomes.

Our club is the first officially mixed gym in Saudi Arabia and pioneering the industry here in line with Vision 2030, where Saudi Arabia envisions in the next 10 years becoming one of the world superpowers in all industries including, tourism, finance, commerce, sustainability, and sport. It’s a rapidly booming country with lots of ambition and willingness to invest in the best.

The club provides our clients with the ultimate venue for networking, relaxing and prioritising health, and wellness. The facilities include a stunning gym that is kitted out with only the highest quality and functional equipment (Watson, Atlantis, BlkBox) including an outdoor training area with an athletics track, CrossFit rigs and 4G astro area; a beautiful indoor swimming pool; a luxury spa with infra-red saunas, steam rooms, and a cryotherapy chamber; top quality beauty services; barbershop/hair salon; cigar lounge, conference room and 13 luxury 3-bedroom villas onsite, as well as a 5-7 star standard restaurant.

The Role:

​

25-30 hours of active 1-2-1 coaching per week. Occasionally this can go up to a maximum of 35 hours when extra cover is required.

​

About You:

​

  • You are able to coach a wide range of or specialise in exercise formats such as functional conditioning, strength training, body transformation, corrective exercise or stretching modalities

  • Open to learning new systems, adaptable to new environments and a team player

  • Being able to provide a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests

  • Ensuring an exceptional "Judgement Free" member experience

  • Demonstrates ethical, professional boundaries with clients

  • Professionally cater to client needs

  • Excellent verbal communication skills

  • A strong burning desire to grow both personally & professionally

  • High self-maintenance, appearance, and behavioural standards

  • Ability to adjust and operate all fitness equipment

Criteria:

​

  • 2 to 4 year college degree in physical fitness or related field, or personal training certification from a nationally recognized certifying board

  • At least one year of experience is preferred

​

What We Offer:

  • Competitive tax-free salary - starting from £30k per year (qualification, experience, demand, portfolio dependant)

  • Accommodation & transport allowance (an additional 35% on top of your basic salary)
